This page describes the key subject matter experts in the area of HP
NonStop™ Servers at Nexbridge. Many of our key people have come from this 7x24
fault-tolerant, on-line transaction processing (OLTP) world. Our perspectives on
zero-impact deployment and the Zero Latency Enterprise have been significantly
influenced by Fortune 1000 clients who are also HP NonStop™ clients.
HP NonStop™ was also known as Tandem NonStop™ prior to Compaq's
purchase of Tandem. These servers were also known as Himalaya and Sierra. The
newly deployed Itanium processors are the state-of-the-art for NonStop™ Servers.
CEO and founder of Nexbridge Inc., Randall has been a developer on the HP
NonStop™ Server platform since 1983 and is an HP Mission Critical
Consultant. His related experience includes: Infrastructure Architect
for ITS/Shazam Inc.; being a development team
member on large database engine development for the Ontario Provincial Police;
architect and product manager for the Revision Management System (RMS); database
architect and consultant for Victoria's Secret Stores; product deployment
consultant for Nexbridge to Optimark Technologies Inc; and an independent
software consultant.
An expert in Indestructible Applications and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Randall has
been involved in all aspects of NonStop™ solutions development from operating
system components, including OSS NFS and NSK SNMP, to packaging infrastructures
using Enscribe and SQL.

Peter has been in the NonStop™ community since 1981 when he was involved in
developing and implementing the Options Trading System at the TSE on TNS-1
systems. He is an HP Mission Critical Consultant. Focusing
on supporting the financial community, he has been involved with: Multiple
Financial Services as a senior Tandem technical resource; Data Architects as a
business analyst supporting their clients; Toronto Stock Exchange as a technical
manager; and finally joining Nexbridge as a product management consultant.
As an expert in change management and deployment technology, Peter developed
solutions using most development facilities available on the NonStop™
platforms. He has been a lead participant in deployment architectures Nexbridge
has built for NonStop™-based applications.

Alvin has been playing key roles in developing leading edge technology
solutions for the financial sector for the past twenty years. In recent years,
he has been a leader in quality assurance practices and improvement efforts both
for Data Design Systems where he worked as an employee and more recently in his
private consulting practice. Prior to moving to Canada in 1977 he was employed
by the Wing Lung Bank in Hong Kong where he was involved in international trade
financing and the automation of retail banking processes.
