Change

Change binds all of our companies, products, strategies, and profits together. We
represent the process of change as a ring, without beginning or end - hence the Nexbridge
icon.
All aspects of all elements of The Big Picture can change independently. These
changes cause changes to their left and right, and they in turn, ripple further. This
cycle is known as a feedback loop.
Companies often find themselves in either an over-damped, or negative feedback loop,
when change is being controlled to the point where change is difficult, if not
impossible.
Alternatively, explosive change, which can be a result of both wild success, or
unmanaged change - it's sometimes difficult to know which. This is known as a positive
feedback loop, where change begets broader change.
Managing your changing world requires talent and energy. It can also be similar to
juggling priceless eggs in variable gravity. You never really know where and when change
will occur. But you do know that change is inevitable.
