Relationships

A broken relationship is the key gap between developers and users. Relationships are what breaks down when communication isn't effective or when needs are not communicated or satisfied.

Throughout history, we have gradually built techniques, methodologies, processes, policies, and a vast array of accomplishing objectives. Our capabilities for delivery of business solutions have never been greater. Our penchant for competition has grown with it. Yet no methodology in the world can magically or through brute force make your products and services meet expectations if your relationship with your users is missing or broken.

Our mission, bridging the gap between user expectations and developer results, addresses that missing piece of the technological puzzle between users, products, and developers. Looking at the big picture, everything feeds on everything else. Users drive expectations. Expectations drive product requirements. Products emerge as results from the imagination and creativity of developers. If what the developers deliver is not what the users expected in the first place, the relationship breaks down and a gap emerges. Nexbridge helps drive the creation of business solutions from both the needs or the users and capabilities of the developers. We act as advocates for the developer and watchdogs for the user, helping both to work effectively and efficiently towards a common goal: making business work.
