Process Model and Database

The Nexbridge process model is closely tied to our Process Engineering services. The data gathered from the design sessions is fed into the model, which produces the required documentation. Process changes can be fed into the model on an ongoing basis. The model manages and maintains the process elements, which in turn can be used to produce updates to the documentation. In this capacity the model documents the managed elements, procedures, roles and responsibilities, as well as methods, skill sets and team composition. It can be used as a foundation for matching skill to task requirements.

A key capability of the model is the analysis for procedural and process gaps thus helping eliminate costly production mistakes in the business operation. Other key roles are to identify process changes required for new implementations and measure impact of changes. An interesting by-product of the model is its ability to measure the process gaps between companies. This would be of interest to companies contemplating an acquisition or for the validation of vendor/client process interfaces.

The model can support such capabilities as: team composition effectiveness, technology capabilities and skills gap analysis for team, which allows individual and group training requirements to be identified.

The model allows process communication in several critical areas. It is capable of delivering comparisons for the managed elements, release deployment process impact analysis and group comparisons. It can be integrated with procedure execution engines; perform process group comparisons and procedure execution metrics.

We are currently providing the process data model on a custom development basis only.
