Typically Nexbridge will work with project management to improve the effectiveness of repeated system deployment within the project structure of our clients. In this role we facilitate all processes but the direct project management remains with the client. When we undertake management responsibilities, in addition to the traditional responsibilities of the project manager, we focus on three supplemental key areas:
- Recognition of emergent requirements and specifications
- Development of feature sequencing models and methodologies
- Application of traditional Process/Software Development Life-Cycle at a feature level
These three aspects are critical to successful project management in a Product Management environment fostered by Nexbridge.
