Nexbridge works with your technology departments to aid in the systems design process. As in Process Engineering, our approach is to facilitate the generation of a broad base of scenarios for the system in order to build in the facility to anticipate and move with change. We do not advocate building systems that incorporate all these scenarios but rather building systems that meet the current scenario requirements with the built-in capability to embrace other scenarios as change brings them forward. Many of the scenarios considered during the formative stages could be ones that would precipitate abandonment of the current design or project. The advent of major new technologies is a key contributor to unscheduled and prohibitive costly rethinking of projects.
