Watchdog

At different times in the history of a company the need arises for a watchdog. This can be especially true when scenarios like the following happen:

  • Acquiring another company
  • Investing in a company
  • Using a high powered consultant to design and implement a system or process
  • A user department that is contracting for a new system but lacks the staff or expertise to control the IT implementation

At times like this Nexbridge has acted as a watchdog for our clients. Through our application of scenario planning and technical auditing expertise, we are able to ensure that the best interests of our client and their user departments are continually served.

It is a published fact that 92% of all large projects fail as a result of one or more of the following: they do not come in on budget, they do not satisfy user expectations or are they do not come in on planned time scales. Nexbridge’s role is to protect our client by insuring a “change agile” implementation takes place and that the project does not loose sight of the user requirements through all of its phases. In addition, Nexbridge will monitor implemented projects to ensure lessons learned during implementation augment our clients’ knowledge base.
